Wayne County Sheriff, Chris Otey has released additional details on a follow-up investigation to the story aired recently on the attempt to locate Joshua Musgrave of Fairfield on a Wayne County warrant. Otey says on Monday, September 30th deputies received a call of a subject dressed in a camouflage jacket trespassing near a residence in rural Fairfield. Deputies arrived on the scene and observed an ATV leaving the property with a subject riding it matching the description. Deputies got behind the four wheeler and the driver turned to look and the deputies identified the driver as Joshua Musgrave.
