The Wayne County Sheriff’s Department arrested 20-year-old, Destiny M Shroyer of Cisne early Sunday morning just before 1:30 following a traffic stop on NE 7th St at County Hwy 1. Shroyer was arrested for DUI and cited for Improper Lane Usage, and Illegal Consumption. Shroyer was transported and booked into the Wayne County Jail.
