ADDIEVILLE ILLINOIS MAN ARRESTED ON A FAILURE TO APPEAR WARRANT FROM WAYNE COUNTY

Wayne County Sheriff’s Department Thursday afternoon arrested an Addieville, IL man.  49-year-old Richard Lee Winter was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Wayne County for Failure to Appear on an original charge of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine.  Winter was booked into the Wayne County Jail pending a court appearance.
