Fairfield Memorial Hospital honors an employee each month who has been nominated by their peers for providing extraordinary patient care and customer services within and outside of the Hospital.
Kendra Bone, who works in Human Resources at Fairfield Memorial Hospital, was selected as the November 2024 Employee of the Month. Kendra has been with Fairfield Memorial Hospital since December of 2022. As someone who is a “first face” representation of FMH to new hires, Kendra is thoughtful, caring, and personable.
Lynde Hickox, Director of Human Resources commented…… “Kendra is someone that exudes the mission of FMH “To positively influence the health of those we serve.” Kendra is kind, caring and knows how to put others at ease. She is always friendly and always has a genuine smile on her face. Kendra is always willing to take on any task, no matter how great or how small. She is a self-starter and requires very little supervision. She pays great attention to detail and her organizational skills show not just in her work performance, but also in her time management. She has brought much enthusiasm and creativity to the department that she serves. Kendra cares about each of the employees that FMH serves and is always looking for ways to assist and encourage. She is a great asset to FMH and my department.”
