The lighting of the Christmas tree in downtown Fairfield at the pagoda on the Wayne County Courthouse square is set for Saturday at 4:45pm. Volunteers For A Progressive Fairfield invite the public downtown as the Chop Shop girls light the tree before the Christmas parade begins at 5pm.
