FAIRFIELD MAN ARRESTED FOLLOWING A DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE

Fairfield Police arrested 51-year-old Terry Richardson Tuesday night just before 8:30.  Officers were called to the 500 block of Elm St. to investigate a domestic disturbance.  Richardson was accused of violating an order of protection and domestic battery.  Richardson had apparently walked away from the residence, but was located a short time later at the intersection of Center and SW 6th St.  Richardson was taken into custody and transported to the Wayne County Jail.
