CISNE MAN ARRESTED ON A RICHLAND COUNTY WARRANT

Wayne County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 20-year-old Cisne resident, Jacob Heath Monday afternoon on a Richland County warrant for Failure to Appear on an original charge of Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon.  Heath was transported and lodged in the Wayne County Jail awaiting extradition back to Richland County.
