The regular meeting of the North Wayne Unit School Board was held Wednesday night in Cisne. The board approved the following items on the consent agenda:
Approved the minutes of the November 20, 2024 regular meeting.
Approved personal leave days and dock days requests.
Approved leave of absence for an employee.
Accepted donation to CHS FFA in the amount of $500 from Wabash Valley FS.
The board approved the payment of the bills and approved press plus 116 and 117 policy updates as presented. The board approved the 2024 tax levy as presented, at an increase of 4.95% and voted to make the executive session minutes for the past 6 months public and to destroy audio tapes from Jan-June of 2023.
The board approved for Supt. Ellis to negotiate a deal with GFI for district copy machines.
