Wayne County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 46-year-old Christina Michelle Kennedy of Sims Tuesday night for Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. Kennedy was transported, booked and lodged in the Wayne County Jail pending a court appearance.
Also Tuesday afternoon, deputies arrested 36-year-old Joshua R. Porter of Fairfield on a Wayne County Warrant for Retail Theft, Violation of a Suspended Sentence. Porter was transported, booked and lodged in the Wayne County Jail where court records indicate he will spend 45 days in jail due to the violation of the suspended sentence.
