FAIRFIELD MAN ARRESTED TUESDAY EVENING/TWO SENTENCES HANDED DOWN IN WAYNE COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT TUESDAY

A Fairfield resident, 44-year-old Jack R.Silliman was arrested Tuesday evening by Fairfield Police and charged with Aggravated Assault and Resisting or Obstructing a Peace Officer.  Silliman was transported and booked into the Wayne County Jail.

 

 

In Wayne County Circuit Court Tuesday, 39-year-old Joseph E. Stoneberger of Grayville pled guilty to Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Class A misdemeanor.  Stoneberger was sentenced to serve Conditional Discharge for a term one year plus ordered to pay court costs.  As part of the plea, two other counts were dismissed.

 

Fairfield resident, 70-year-old Cindy Weber pled guilty to a charge of DUI, a Class A misdemeanor.  Weber was sentenced to serve Conditional Discharge for a term one year plus ordered to pay court costs.  As part of the plea, five other counts were dismissed.
