The National Weather Service in Paducah says unsettled weather is expected in Southern Illinois with a roller coaster ride of temperatures over the next week. Showers and storms are expected through Thursday with patchy fog throughout the area tonight and another chance of showers or storms on Saturday into Saturday night. It may be just cold enough for a rain/snow mixture Monday into Tuesday with some accumulation possible Monday night.
