Johnsonville Grade School will hold kindergarten registration on Monday, March 13th, from 3:30pm to 5:30pm for all students entering kindergarten this fall.
To enroll, children must be five years old by September 1st. Parents should bring the following documents:
A certified copy of the child’s birth certificate
The child’s social security number
Immunization records
Eye exam results
Dental exam results
Verification of lead screening (to be submitted by the first day of school)
Registration will involve processing paperwork and meeting the kindergarten teacher. The school nurse will also be present to address any questions.
