AYDREIAN HOOPER SENTENCING DELAYED, STATUS HEARING SET FOR APRIL 3RD

37-year-old Aydreian Hooper of Fairfield along with Public Defender, Heidi Hoffee appeared in Wayne County Circuit Court Thursday morning for sentencing in the hot car death of her 17-month old son, Aaruan which occurred July 14th of 2024.  There was no sentence handed down Thursday morning as Judge Matt Vaughn will be inquiring of the Chief Judge as to the availability of Judge Dinn who was the presiding judge in the case.  A status hearing has been set for Thursday, April 3rd at 9am.  Hooper remains free on bond and fitted with a GPS monitoring device and was given notice to appear in court for the April 3rd status hearing.
