NEW PROGRAM THROUGH ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE OFFERS INCENTIVES FOR COVER CROPS

The Illinois Department of Agriculture (IDOA) has launched a new program offering cost-share and financial incentives for producers and landowners who are new to using cover crops or who implement techniques for earlier establishment. Applications for the I-COVER program will be available on the agr.illinois.gov website, with submission dates from March 3rd to 14th.
