BLACK DIAMOND CONFERENCE-EAST NAMES ALL CONFERENCE SELECTIONS IN BOYS BASKETBALL
Two Fairfield Mules and two Edwards Co. Lions Boy’s Basketball players have been named to the Black Diamond Conference-East Team. Justice Dagg and Brayton Robertson from the Mules were selected along with Jax Duncan and Cy Nelson from Edwards Co. Others selected to the All Conference Team include:

Ethan Kessler, Hamilton Co.
Mitchel Edwards, Carmi-White Co.
Gavin Holloman, Carmi-White Co.
The Conference MVP selected was Justice Dagg from Fairfield and Team Captain selected was Mitchel Edwards from Carmi-White Co. The Girl’s Black Diamond All Conference Team selections have yet to be released since the Edwards Co.Lady Lions are still playing in the post season.
GIRL’S JR HIGH VOLLEYBALL FROM SATURDAY
The Fairfield Lady Colts take 2nd at the Hamilton County Volleyball Tournament Saturday winning over Eldorado, Gallatin Co, and Hamilton County. Their only loss was to a good Pinckneyville team.

The Edwards Co Lady Lions advance to the Elite-8 Super-Sectional (1A) at the O-Rena in Okawville, where they will face Carrollton tonight at 7:00pm.

Mt Carmel advances to the Elite-8 Super -Sectional game in Class 2A, where they will face Kankakee McNamara at Tolono-Unity tonight at 6:30pm.
