32-year-old Walter Schubert of Fairfield pled guilty in Wayne County Circuit Court Thursday to Battery. Schubert was placed on one year of Court Supervision and ordered to pay court costs. Schubert was also required to attend anger management counseling.
Thomas Carter, a 65-year-old resident from Dallas, TX pled guilty to DUI and was placed on one year of Court Supervision and ordered to pay court costs.
Fairfield resident, 32-year-old Victoria Napier pled guilty to Cruel Treatment of Animals and was sentenced to one year of Conditional Discharge plus court costs.
32-year-old Dusty Vaughan of Fairfield pled guilty to Disorderly Conduct and was placed on one year of Court Supervision plus court costs. Vaughan was also ordered to undergo anger management counseling.
Wayne City resident, 19-year-old Jase Pfaff pled guilty to Unlawful Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor and was placed on one year of Court Supervision plus court costs.
