Frankie Chrtt David Kunce Mitchell Leas

Wayne County Sheriff’s Department responded to a residence Thursday afternoon just after 12:30 to attempt to locate25-year-old Mitchell Leas of Keenes who had an active Burglary Warrant out of Wayne County. On arrival, Deputies were granted access to the residence and located Leas asleep on the couch in the living room area. Deputies awoke Leas and observed he had a methamphetamine pipe sitting on his chest. Deputies took Leas into custody. A further search of the residence revealed numerous items of drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine. Frankie Chrtt , 28 of Fairfield and 63-year-old David Kunce also of Fairfield were both found to be in possession of methamphetamine and taken into custody.
All three subjects were placed under arrest:

Possession of Methamphetamine
All three subjects were transported and lodged in the Wayne County Jail pending a court appearance.
