Fairfield Public School District #112, along with Jasper, New Hope, and Geff School Districts, will hold Child Find/Preschool Screenings for children ages 3 to 5 at North Side School on April 7th, 8th, and 9th.
The free screenings assess hearing, vision, speech, language, and coordination to help parents understand their child’s developmental progress before starting school. Parents receive immediate feedback, and representatives from Head Start, Family Enrichment, and Child and Family Connections may be available to provide information on additional services.
A separate Birth to 3 years screening will be held on April 7th. Screenings take about 45 minutes, and appointments are required.
Call 842-6501 to schedule an appointment. Screening packets can be picked up at North Side School before the screening date.
