The National Weather Service in Paducah has issued a FREEZE WARNING in effect until 8am this (Wednesday) morning for portions of of Southern Illinois, Southwest Indiana and Western Kentucky. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
