A Fairfield man, 38-year-old Joshua Rockett was arrested by the Fairfield Police Department Monday night just before 9:30 at his residence. Rockett was charged with Criminal Sexual Abuse, Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse with a victim who is at least 13 years of age but under 17 years of age and being at least 5 years older than the victim, and Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse with a victim under 18 years of age and the person is 17 years of age or over and holds a position of trust, authority, or supervision in relation to the victim. Rockett also had served at one time as a volunteer Tennis Coach at Fairfield Community High School. Fairfield Police Chief, Keith Colclasure says the investigation is still ongoing. Rockett is being held at the White County Jail in Carmi.
