WAYNE COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT NEWS FROM THURSDAY, SEVERAL PLEAD GUILTY

Several plead guilty in Wayne County Circuit Court Thursday.  Fairfield resident, 26-year-old Quentin Greenwood pled guilty to Endangering the Life of a Child and was sentenced to one year of Court Supervision plus court costs.  Greenwood is required to also attend anger management counseling.

 

21-year-old Ricky Embry pled guilty to Battery and was placed on two years Court Supervision plus court costs and will also be required to attend anger management counseling as directed by the court.

 

Robert D Thompson, 33 of Fairfield pled guilty to Battery and was placed on one year of Court Supervision plus court costs.  Thompson was instructed by the court to complete anger management counseling.

 

Carolyn Hatcher, a 40-year-old Sims resident admitted in court Thursday to violating a previous sentence of Probation of one year.  Hatcher was re-sentenced, this time receiving two years of Probation plus court costs.

 

46-year-old Desiree Van Huele of Fairfield pled guilty Unlawful Possession of a Firearm Without a Valid FOID Card.  Van Huele was sentenced to one year Conditional Discharge plus court costs.

 

Lukus Thomas, a 28-year-old Vincennes, Indiana resident pled guilty to Forgery.  Thomas was placed on 24 months of Second Chance Probation plus court costs.
