Boys Track Friday, at the Newton Eagle Invite:

Top Mules performers were:  Eric Locke, 2nd in the discus, and Justin Johnson, 2nd in the 400m.  As a team, Fairfield finished 6th with a score of 47.  Charleston was first with a score of 99.  Other finishers:  Newton 2nd with 90.5, Effingham 3rd with 77, Altamont 4th with 72, Robinson 5th with 50, Effingham St. Anthony 7th and Olney (Richland County) 8th both with scores of 46, Mattoon 9th with 43, Teutopolis 10th with 36, Vandalia 11th with 35.5, Cowden (C-Herrick) 12thwith 26, Brownstown 13th with 20, Louisville (North Clay) 14th with 19, Dietrich 15th with 14, Oblong-Palestine-Hutsonville 16th with 11 and Bridgeport (Red Hill) 17tih with a score of 6.
