WABASH VALLEY COLLEGE OFFERS HANDS-ON ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS TRAINING AND FREE MICROSOFT EXCEL CLASS FOR BEGINNERS

Wabash Valley College is proud to offer two valuable learning opportunities this May designed to boost workforce skills and support lifelong learning.

 

Explore AC and DC Electrical Systems, a comprehensive 4-hour training session covering AC and DC electrical systems for industrial, commercial, agricultural, and residential applications. Participants will receive hands-on training using industrial-grade equipment, learning to operate, install, design, and troubleshoot basic electrical circuits.

 

This blended learning course emphasizes real-world applications and is ideal for individuals looking to enhance their technical skill set.

Dates: May 14th, 21st, and 28th

Time: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Location: Terry L. Bruce West Richland Center 320 E. North Ave., Noble, IL 62868  Bonus: Participants will have the opportunity to earn the SACA C201 credential.

 

Free Microsoft Excel Class for Beginners On May 29th

Wabash Valley College will also offer a free, beginner-friendly Microsoft Excel training session. This one-day class will introduce participants to the essentials of Excel, including how to organize data, perform basic calculations, use formulas, format cells, and create charts.

 

Whether you’re managing personal finances, analyzing business data, or planning a project, Excel skills can help simplify tasks and increase productivity.
