GEFF MAN APPEARS IN WAYNE COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT THURSDAY, GETS PROBATION DISMISSED

54-year-old Geff resident, Lee Snider appeared in Wayne County Circuit Court Thursday regarding his probationary status.   Snider was being represented by Public Defender, Jon Meador along with Wayne County State’s Attorney, Kyle Ellis on behalf of the state.  Both parties presented a proposed agreement as to resentencing with the Court accepting the agreement.  Snider was given credit for 67 days of time already spent in the Wayne County Jail.   Snider was ordered to pay court costs.
