Wayne County Sheriff’s Deputies over the weekend arrest two females on outstanding warrants. Mt. Vernon resident, 38-year-old Amanda L. French was arrested Sunday night for Theft, Unlawful Possession of a Stolen Vehicle.
29-year-old Hayley Nichole Morgan of Fairfield was arrested Saturday for Unlawful Delivery of Methamphetamine and Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. Both women were lodged in the Wayne County Jail pending court appearances.
