The Fairfield FFA Livestock Judging Team brought home a fifth-place finish at the Regional Livestock Judging Contest held this week in Newton, showcasing strong performances by several team members.
Among the results:
Ryan Vaughan placed third overall in the competition.
Lauren Wolfe earned second in livestock placing.
Wren Braddock secured fourth in livestock placing.
Gracie Atwood finished seventh in cattle grading.
Ava Kreiter took seventh in sheep/goat judging.
The team’s strong showing highlights the students’ dedication to agricultural education and hands-on experience in livestock evaluation.
