Fairfield National Bank (FNB) held its annual shareholders meeting on Tuesday, re-electing three board members and reaffirming leadership for the coming year.
President and CEO Joey Hungerford led the meeting, offering shareholders a detailed review of the bank’s performance over the past year along with a forward-looking assessment of growth opportunities. Hungerford, 42, was re-elected to continue as president and chief executive.
Three directors were re-elected to new three-year terms:
Jarod Weaver, Sheila Kinney and Josh Vaughan
They join six holdover directors who continue to serve on the board:
Joey Hungerford, president and CEO of FNB, Matthew Rush, Terrence Wilkerson, president of Rend Lake College, Neal Laws Jr., L Bryan Williams and Diane Robinson
The bank’s leadership emphasized ongoing commitments to local investment, personalized service, and responsible growth as it prepares for the coming fiscal year.
