Fairfield Police were called to the 500 block of Shoreway Drive Saturday afternoon at 3:30pm to investigate a report of trespassing. Allen R. Harrison, 59 of Fairfield was located in a vacant house. Harrison was issued a notice to appear for criminal trespass and ordered to depart the residence.
Sunday around 12 Noon, Fairfield Police Officers returned to the residence and located Harrison who had returned. Harrison was arrested for Criminal Trespass and was transported to the Wayne County Jail and issued a 2nd notice to appear and released.
