Fairfield Memorial Hospital is proud to announce that Jessica Sterling, BSN, RN, CMSRN, Clinical Practice Coordinator, has successfully completed the Illinois Critical Access Hospital Network (ICAHN) Rural Health Fellowship—a highly competitive and prestigious six-month leadership development program for emerging leaders in rural healthcare.
Sterling was selected through a rigorous application process to join a cohort of healthcare professionals from across Illinois, all committed to strengthening and advancing healthcare delivery in rural communities. The Fellowship includes hands-on experience, one-on-one mentorship, and specialized training to equip participants with the tools needed to address the unique challenges of rural health systems.
