Fairfield Community Health Center is making it easier for students to get ready for the upcoming school year and sports season by offering free school and sports physicals during a special Saturday Clinic on Saturday, June 14th from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
This convenient one-day event aims to assist families by providing no-cost physicals for children ages 4 to 18 years. Parents are reminded to bring their insurance card and a form of ID, though there will be no out-of-pocket cost for the visit.
To take advantage of this service, families are encouraged to call ahead and schedule their appointments in advance. The clinic is located at 1007 West Main Street, Fairfield, IL, and appointments can also be scheduled online using the QR code provided on the flyer or by visiting www.crhpc.org.
