The No Limits Livestock Show will take place on Monday, June 20th, at the Edwards County Fairgrounds in Albion. The event begins with check-in at 4:45 p.m., followed by the show at 6:00 p.m. This unique all-inclusive swine show pairs youth 4-H swine exhibitors with individuals who have an intellectual or physical disability, providing an opportunity for them to showcase a pig together. A judge will evaluate how well the mentors, participants, and pigs collaborate as a team, emphasizing teamwork and inclusion.
Open to youth ages 8 to 18 with disabilities, participants do not need to be 4-H members. The event aims to foster community involvement and understanding through this collaborative experience. Those interested are encouraged to register by Sunday, June 1st, via the website go.illinois.edu/NoLimits. For questions or to request reasonable accommodations, contact the Edwards County Extension Office in Albion at 618-445-2934.
