Three individuals appeared in Wayne County Circuit Court Tuesday.
20-year-old Damario Heck of Fairfield pled guilty to Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. Heck was placed on probation for 24 months and was given 5 days credit for time served in the Wayne County Jail plus also ordered to pay court costs.
Mt. Vernon resident, 33-year-old Sydni A. L. Hooper pled guilty to Unlawful Defrauding a Drug Screening Test and was placed on 1-year of Court Supervision plus ordered to pay court costs.
45-year-old Zebulon Oestreich of Clay City was found guilty during a jury trial on February 3rd on a charge of Theft and was sentenced to probation for a term of 18 months plus ordered to pay court costs.
