On Monday, June 2nd, at approximately 9:30 p.m., Fairfield officers arrested 52 year old Justin Downen of Fairfield, in the 900 block of Epworth Street, for the offense of residential burglary.
Downen was lodged in the Wayne County Jail pending his first court appearance.
