The Fairfield Public Library has begun their Summer Reading Program on Saturday, that runs through Monday, July 7th. 1st Grade through 8th Grade may register through this Saturday June 7th. 1st Grade through 3rd Grade will receive a prize after every 25 easy books read. 4th through 8th Grade will receive a prize after every 6 juvenile fiction and non-fiction grade level chapter books read. Prizes will be awarded to the top 10 readers.
All books must be checked out from the Fairfield Public Library. On Thursday, July 10th from 10am to 12 noon, a skating party will be held at Skateland Rollersport with free admission and skate rental provided by Skateland Rollersport.
