The Wesleyan Church of Fairfield is excited to host its annual Vacation Bible School (VBS) from June 16th through the 20th running each evening from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. The theme for this year is “True North,” where children will embark on an adventurous journey to Alaska to learn about the One True North amidst the wild life.
Kids from kindergarten through sixth grade are invited to participate in a fun-filled week that includes singing, crafts, outdoor games, Bible stories, and snacks. Doors open at 6:15 p.m., and children are encouraged to arrive early for sign-in at the south door of the church. The weekly program kicks off with an opening ceremony at 6:30 p.m., and children should be picked up at the north door by 8:30 p.m.
A special short VBS program will be held on Friday evening at 6:30 p.m., giving families and friends an opportunity to see what the kids have learned and experienced during the week.
The Fairfield Wesleyan Church is located one mile north of the airport at 960 US Hwy 45. For more information, contact Pastor Jake Wicks at (618) 842-2418 or email ffwesleyan@gmail.com.
