MT. VERNON MAN ENTERS GUILTY PLEA

Ryan Isaacs, 38 of Mt. Vernon, waived a jury trial Tuesday in Wayne County Circuit Court, and entered a guilty plea to a Class A Misdemeanor charge of Attempting to Unlawfully Defraud a Drug Test.  Judge Denton Aud sentenced Isaacs to year of Conditional Discharge.  He was also ordered to pay $679.00 in fines and court costs, and was given credit for 2 days served in the Wayne County Jail
