SCHNEPPER ENTERS GUILTY PLEA

In Wayne Circuit Court on Tuesday, 24 Year Old Autmun Schnepper, of Flora, waived a jury trial and entered a guilty plea to a Class A Misdemeanor charge of Driving Under the Influence.  Circuit Court Judge Denton Aud, sentenced Schnepper to 1 year of Court Supervision.  She was also ordered to pay $2,181.00 in fines and court costs.  In exchange for the guilty plea, a second charge of speeding was dismissed.
