CLAY CITY RESIDENT PLEADS GUILTY IN WAYNE COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT THURSDAY

68-year-old Robin L. Payne of Clay City pled guilty in Wayne County Circuit Court Thursday to a charge of Driving While License Revoked.  Payne, represented by Public Defender, Heidi Hoffee was sentenced by Judge Matt Vaughn to a term of 24 months Probation plus ordered to pay court costs.  Payne was also sentenced to perform 300 hours of community service and given credit for one day of time served in the Wayne County Jail.
