Wayne County Sheriff’s deputies arrested 49-year-old Brian Scott Medler of Olney on Monday morning on a Richland County warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court.
Medler was taken into custody around 10 a.m. The warrant stems from a late May case alleging that Medler unlawfully displayed a vehicle plate, certificate, or title.
Following his arrest, Medler was transported to the Wayne County Jail, where he was held pending pretrial services and assignment of a new court date in Richland County to face the charge.
