FAIRFIELD MEMORIAL HOSPITAL LAUNCHES DIGITAL CHECK-IN FOR CLINIC VISITS

​Fairfield Memorial Hospital’s Horizon Healthcare Clinics and FMH Surgical Specialty Clinics are rolling out a new, innovative digital check-in system designed to make visits faster, easier, and more convenient for patients.
The Clearwave Digital Check-In platform allows patients to securely check in using a QR code on their smartphone. For those without smartphones, tablets will be available, and registration staff will remain on hand to assist anyone who needs help.
In addition to streamlining check-in, the new system allows for easy access to insurance information and on-site payment processing. Patients will also benefit from automated appointment reminders with links for pre-registration, helping to reduce wait times.
