Two Vehicle Accident Leads to Charges for Fairfield Man

Authorities responded to a two-vehicle accident yesterday at the intersection of Highway 8 and US 45. According to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Department, Hunter Brown of Fairfield failed to stop at the intersection and was struck by Amy Cozadd of Mill Shoals. Brown was transported by EMS to Fairfield Memorial Hospital. He was also charged with Driving with Expired Registration and Failure to Obey a Stop Sign. Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene.
