The Illinois State Police Division of Criminal Investigation Zone 7 have announced the arrest of 70 year old Jon W. Montgomery of DuQuoin, Illinois on multiple counts of Possession and Dissemination of Child Pornography charges.
ISP special agents executed a search warrant on June 11th at Montgomery’s residence and collected electronic evidence at the scene. The evidence was analyzed and revealed child sexual abuse materials.
Montgomery was charged with seven counts of Possession of Child Pornography, a Class 2 felony, and four counts of Dissemination of Child Pornography of a victim under the age of 13, a Class X felony. He was booked into the Perry County Jail this past Wednesday.
