Four Sentenced Thursday in Wayne County Circuit Court

Four individuals were sentenced Thursday in Wayne County Circuit Court. According to court records, Ebert Pashea, of Mt. Vernon, IL, pled guilty to a charge of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, a class 3 felony. He was sentenced to 24 months of probation and ordered to complete 30 hours of community service. He also received credit for 2 days served in the Wayne County Jail and was ordered to pay court costs.

Eva Downen, of Sims, entered a guilty plea to a charge of Criminal Damage to Property, a class A misdemeanor. Downen was sentenced to one year of court supervision and was ordered to pay court costs plus restitution to the victim.

Jagger Owen, of Geff, pled guilty to a charge of Criminal Damage to Property, a class A misdemeanor. Owen was sentenced to serve one year of court supervision and ordered to pay court costs.

Terry Richardson, of Fairfield, was sentenced to 120 days in the Wayne County Jail on a charge of Domestic Battery
