Three Appear in Wayne County Court

Thomas Bruns, 48, of Wayne City, pled guilty to a charge of Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Class A Misdemeanor. Bruns was sentenced to One year of Conditional Discharge and ordered to pay court costs and fines. He was given credit for one day served in the Wayne County Jail. In exchange for the guilty plea, two other charges were dropped. Mary S. Carpenter, 58, of Fairfield, pled guilty to a charge of Driving Under the Influence, a Class A Misdemeanor. Carpenter was sentenced to One Year of Court Supervision, ordered to undergo an alcohol and drug assessment, and ordered to pay fines and court costs. She was given credit for one day served in the Wayne County Jail. In exchange for the guilty plea, three other charges were dropped. Brinna S. Sisco, 27, of Fairfield, pled guilty to a charge of Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia , a Class A Misdemeanor. Sisco was sentenced to One Year of Court Supervision and ordered to pay court costs and fines. She was given credit for two days served in the Wayne County Jail. In exchange for the guilty plea, two other charges were dismissed.
