Three Arrested by Wayne County Sheriff’s Deputies Over the Weekend

Russell Tyler, 28, of Fairfield, was arrested Friday evening by Wayne County Sheriff’s Deputies on a charge of Criminal Trespass to Real Property. During the arrest, it was discovered that Tyler also had a Failure to Appear Warrant for a charge of Aggravated Assault. Tyler was transported to the Wayne County Jail, where he will be housed until a court appearance on August 12th. Jesus Noel Guzman, 31, of Fairfield, was arrested early Saturday morning by Wayne County Sheriff’s Deputies on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver and 3 counts of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. He also had a Failure to Appear Warrant for Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Guzman was transported to the Wayne County Jail, where he will remain until a court appearance on August 12th. Scotty Dale Yarbor, 49, of Wayne City, was arrested by Wayne County Deputies Sunday morning on an Illinois Department of Corrections warrant for a Parole Violation. Yarbor was booked into the Wayne County Jail, where he will remain pending transport back to an IDOC facility.
