A Fairfield man was arrested following a Saturday traffic stop by Fairfield City Police. Officers conducted a traffic stop on a green four-wheeler traveling east on W. Douglas St due to improper operation of an ATV on a roadway. The driver, identified as Jeffery E Sisco, 32 of Fairfield, was found to be operating the vehicle with a suspended driver’s license. During a search, officers discovered a small glass pipe containing a white crystal-like substance. The substance field-tested positive for methamphetamine. Sisco was transported to the Wayne County Jail for booking and processing. He was cited for driving on a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, improper operation of an ATV on a roadway, and faces further charges to include methamphetamine possession.
