The Kramers Replace Hoppers at Cisne Reunion

Cisne Reunion officials have announced that the gospel group, the Hoppers, will no longer be able to perform this evening due to a family emergency. In their place, the gospel group, the Kramer’s will perform instead. Tonight’s concert will begin at 7 p.m. after the introduction of this year’s Cisne Reunion Parade Marshal.
