The Wayne County Sheriff’s Department arrested Hardy A. Lee III, 46, of Albion, on Monday morning on a Wayne County warrant for failure to register as a sex offender.
Lee was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Wayne County Jail, where he is being held pending a court appearance.
