Several defendants were sentenced Thursday in Wayne County Circuit Court after entering guilty pleas .
Mark Feldman, 42, of Albion, pleaded guilty to Theft and was sentenced to two years’ probation plus court costs. He received three days’ credit for time served in the Wayne County Jail.
Dennis Gardner, 57, of West Salem, pleaded guilty and waived a jury trial on three counts: Unlawful Hunting By Aid Of Conveyance, Failure To Check In Harvest, and Wanton Waste Of Usable Meat. He was ordered to pay all applicable fines and court costs.
Cinnamon Willett, 49, of Fairfield, pleaded guilty to Retail Theft and was placed on one year of court supervision plus court costs. She was ordered to pay restitution to Walmart in Fairfield and make a $50 contribution to the local anti-crime program according to a payment arrangement.
Carl Rich Tuttle III, 63, of Fairfield, pleaded guilty to Harassment Through Electronic Communications and was sentenced to one year of conditional discharge plus court costs. The court ordered him to have no direct contact with Roy Finley or his family and to refrain from posting or disseminating any content about them. Tuttle also received a 30-day jail sentence, stayed pending compliance with the court order.
Mitchell Lowery, 21, of Woodlawn, pleaded guilty to Criminal Damage To Property and was placed on one year of court supervision plus court costs. He must also contribute $50 to the local anti-crime program under a payment plan.
Sonja Flanagan, 60, of Fairfield, pleaded guilty to Battery and was sentenced to one year of conditional discharge plus court costs. She was ordered to contribute $50 to the local anti-crime program and received credit for 775 days served in the Wayne County Jail.
