A Cisne man is out on pre-trial release following his arrest late Saturday evening in Carmi.
According to authorities, Carmi Police conducted a traffic stop just after 9 p.m. on a Chevy pickup driven by 21-year-old Cody Lee Hart after noticing the vehicle’s registration did not match the truck.
Hart was arrested for Unlawful Display of Registration and later issued a Notice to Appear in court. He was also ticketed for driving without insurance before being released.
